Terms and conditions

This document is the official user agreement between the administration of the information and review resource available at stakeua.net.ua (hereinafter — the Resource) and any person who accesses its materials (hereinafter — the User). Use of the Resource in any form means the User's unconditional acceptance of all provisions of this agreement. Persons who do not agree with these terms should stop using the Resource immediately.

Nature of activity

The Resource operates as an independent information and analysis platform that provides reviews and comparisons of online casinos and bookmakers. The Resource administration is not a gambling organiser, does not run lotteries, does not accept bets and does not carry out any financial transactions with Users' funds. Publications on the Resource are for reference and information purposes only and are not an invitation to take part in gambling.

User requirements

By using the Resource, the User confirms that they meet the following requirements:

The User is an adult aged at least 21 — the age from which gambling is permitted in Ukraine — to view information about gambling.
The User independently determines whether access to the Resource's materials is lawful under the laws of their country of residence.
The User refrains from any actions aimed at disrupting the operation of the Resource, gaining unauthorised access to its systems or collecting data automatically without the administration's written permission.

Copyright and use of content

All content of the Resource, including review texts, analytical materials, ratings, graphic elements and software code, is the intellectual property of the administration or is used under the relevant licence agreements. Any reproduction, copying, adaptation or public distribution of materials without prior written consent from the administration infringes copyright. Limited quotation is permitted provided the original source is credited with an active hyperlink.

Limitation of warranties and liability

The administration takes reasonable steps to keep published materials accurate, but provides them on an «as is» basis without any warranties, express or implied. In particular, the administration does not guarantee:

Uninterrupted and error-free operation of the Resource or the availability of all its sections at any given time.
Absolute accuracy, completeness and timeliness of information concerning operators' terms of service, bonus offers or fees.
That the Resource's materials will meet the User's specific expectations or goals.
The safety or reliability of external platforms that links on the Resource may lead to.

The administration is released from liability for any financial losses, lost profits or other damages directly or indirectly related to the use of information obtained on the Resource. The User makes all decisions about registering on operators' platforms and taking part in gambling solely at their own discretion and risk.

Affiliate links

The Resource may place affiliate links to operators' external platforms. Following such links and subsequently registering may result in the Resource receiving a commission. Affiliate relationships are disclosed for the sake of transparency. Commercial cooperation has no influence on the editorial assessment of operators and does not change conclusions reached through objective analysis.

Amendments

The administration has the right to change, supplement or revise the provisions of this agreement unilaterally and without prior notice. The updated version takes effect from the moment it is published on the relevant page of the Resource. Users are advised to keep track of changes themselves by periodically reviewing this document.

Jurisdiction and dispute resolution

This agreement is concluded and is to be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. Disputes between the administration and the User are resolved through negotiation. If a compromise cannot be reached, the dispute is referred to the competent court in accordance with the current procedural legislation of Ukraine.
